GPCR PHAGE LIBRARIES

Several studies indicate that GPCR, seven-transmembrane receptors and a large diverse family of cell surface signaling receptors, are the most common targets in current pharmaceutical industry, and represent the largest and most versatile family of cell surface communicating molecules. Therefore, GPCRs are involved in many key cellular and physiological processes, such as sense of light, taste and smell, neurotransmission, metabolism, endocrine and exocrine secretion. GPCRs can be activated by a diverse array of ligands including neurotransmitters, chemokines as well as sensory stimuli.  In addition to the endogenous ligands, antibodies  can also bind to the GPCRs to activate or inhibit their activation. VHH is one of the most powerful antibody that can rise significantly used in the development of therapeutics marketing.
In caminnov, we have developped many GPCR libraries based on the immunization of our animals by HEK cells transfected with GPCRs DNA.

Tailored immunization campaigns.
Guaranteed in-frame VHH clones.
